Behind the walls of Flavors Restaurant lies a blend of contemporary and traditional concepts where ‘anyaman’ partitions and luminescent blue lighting line the ceilings to pour upon buffet counters, timber floorings, tables, and cushioned chairs. Guests may choose to dine in the Spice Private Room or on an elevated platform while chefs at the show kitchen and live cooking stations demonstrate noodle-twirling skills before discerning diners. A repertoire of over 100 dishes grace buffet spreads with foreign choices like roasted whole lamb, Thai pandan chicken, Indian tandoori chicken, and Hong Kong crispy aromatic duck, as well as local delicacies like satay, roti murtabak, and soto ayam. The restaurant hovers on the first floor of Swiss-Garden Hotel & Residences KL within the vicinity of Jalan Pudu in Kuala Lumpur.
