Decorative wooden panels and semi-circular booth seats with turquoise-washed head rests make up the vicinity of BBQ Town. Nestled within the bustling confines of Mid Valley Megamall, a mixture of BBQ and shabu shabu dishes are served in this buffet-concept restaurant with free flow of Australian beef and lamb, sushi, and veggies galore available to satiate hunger pangs. The restaurant makes use of a dome-shaped spana-1655-6">grill with grooves surrounded by a shallow pot, where juices from the spana-1655-6">grilled meat are channeled into the broth-filled moat to maximise the flavour of the konbu chicken soup, which is prepared over a duration of six hours. A counter displays an assortment of sauces ranging from Thai to Japanese flavours, inviting patrons to mix and match according to one’s personal taste.
BBQ Town does not serve pork or alcohol on its menu.
